L'objectif ultime de l'enqu\u00eate est de comprendre les facteurs qui d\u00e9terminent les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences des consommateurs, en particulier en ce qui concerne les produits d'origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Un rapport sur les r\u00e9sultats de l'enqu\u00eate sera disponible en juillet 2024. Les r\u00e9sultats pr\u00e9liminaires sugg\u00e8rent que diff\u00e9rents facteurs influencent le comportement des consommateurs dans divers groupes d\u00e9mographiques.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans la m\u00eame optique, des ateliers de co-cr\u00e9ation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour favoriser la collaboration et l'innovation dans le d\u00e9veloppement de produits \u00e0 base de plantes. Ils utilisent des ultrasons et des micro-ondes pour extraire la chitine et le chitosane des carapaces de crevettes et travaillent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l'optimisation de la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des prot\u00e9ines \u00e0 partir des d\u00e9chets de poisson. TCD \u00e9tudie la s\u00e9paration et l'extraction de composants pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 partir d'\u00e9chantillons d'eau de traitement \u00e0 l'aide de techniques de filtration membranaire qui peuvent ensuite \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour cultiver des lentilles d'eau \u00e0 l'UCC. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a33ffb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"9a33ffb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dc25b15 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"dc25b15\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1eefe3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1eefe3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En attendant, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/anfaco.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>ANFACO<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se concentre sur l'extraction et la caract\u00e9risation des composants de l'eau de cuisson du poulpe, en \u00e9valuant son aptitude \u00e0 la culture de microalgues et \u00e0 la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration d'ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9cieux.<\/span><\/p><p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/angaztech.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANGAZ<\/a> <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer l'analyse du cycle de vie qui sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur les nouveaux ingr\u00e9dients, processus et produits du projet.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ucc.ie\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>UCC<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> travaille sur la caract\u00e9risation physico-chimique des eaux de traitement des fruits de mer afin d'optimiser la culture des lentilles d'eau, en comparant la croissance dans diff\u00e9rents flux lat\u00e9raux.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>ESHKOL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> utilise l'extraction par fluide supercritique pour isoler les st\u00e9rols et les compos\u00e9s lipophiles de Lemna, une esp\u00e8ce de lentille d'eau<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div data-particle_enable=\"false\" data-particle-mobile-disabled=\"false\" class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5eff920 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"5eff920\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5324b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a5324b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les solutions d'emballage innovantes et durables sont \u00e9galement au c\u0153ur du projet IMPRESS. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tcd.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>TCD<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la stabilit\u00e9 thermique et les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antifongiques des mat\u00e9riaux d'emballage \u00e0 base de fuco\u00efdane et de laminarine.
