Ces compos\u00e9s ont le potentiel de r\u00e9volutionner les cha\u00eenes alimentaires et de valeur durables, en contribuant \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de mat\u00e9riaux respectueux de l'environnement qui peuvent remplacer les options conventionnelles moins durables.
