Participate in: the consumers survey, training and educational activities, Macroalgae cultivation from aquaculture streams (IMTA approach), Biopolymer and protein-based coatings to improve the shelf-life of food products, Pilot-scale production of polymer composites, blends and proto-type packaging films, Compostability and biodegradability evaluation of biobased packaging

Tasks that require the involvement of all partners: capitalisation and links with ongoing and past activities, mapping existing products and business and research stakeholders, Screening of regulatory issues for animal feed, food and packaging, mapping and quantification of the fish waste from processing, retail and HORECA sector, Promotion of selected underutilised fish and aquaculture raw materials in consumption, LCA of novel ingredients, processes and products/ LCC/LCSAm, Evaluating behavioural patterns of adoption of value chains, all tasks related to Shaping the value chains for successful marketing of new products
